My car was sitting there for 10-15 minutes and no one came and told me it was done. I don’t know how long I would have sat there if I didn’t go check on it. Some of us do have to get back to our jobs. Never had a bad experience here until today. Busy or not busy, you shouldn’t make a customer wait when their car is done.

Dwain Scheller. Was absolutely fantastic. He was able to fit me in for service due to a family emergency and they rotated the tires and an oil change then the dash lights went on for low tire pressure. I made a call to him and within two minutes he walked me through how to reset everything and it worked out perfectly.
