My CRV was recalled and deemed unrepairable on July 27. I have been offered a buyback by Honda Inc. , which I accepted. 9/1 I get an email from "Phil" @ Serra, stating my repair has been completed and my car is ready. Honda Inc. has not finalized the deal yet....

I just answered no to comment on my radiator fan not turning on in idle. I checked my **** fluid and it looked low. I followed the manual instructions and it said to wait for the fan to come on, shut the engine off, wait 60sec and check the level. The fan didn't turn on.
