It was frustrating that the initial part didn’t get ordered on time (I had expressed I wanted the repair no matter what, so I thought the part was getting order no matter if it was covered under the warranty or not), and then when I was told loaner vehicles are only for emergency use, even though me not having my vehicle for 4 days, when I was told it would be done by Wednesday at the latest if they would have to order a part. Then the part that did eventually get ordered, well, apparently never got shipped. I’m a nursing instructor, I can’t work from home, and I need to be present at my job. I had to change vehicles multiple times to borrow from others. I didn’t really feel as though I was valued. And to top it all off, a repair that I am told is uncommon, and very expensive on a 2 year old vehicle. I’m not “mad” at Phil, but I do think the ball was dropped on a couple of things, not all of which was in his control. Honda did nothing to accommodate to my inconvenience of not ordering a part by 3pm, not delivering it the next day, and their was really zero empathy for what myself as a professional, mother, wife needed to do to just “deal with it”. None. For my past two vehicles, I initially started shopping at the Honda dealership in Granville, both of my experiences were terrible and I ultimately ended up going to Fox Honda to purchase my vehicles. I think after this experience, I have just decided that I need to stick with where I feel like I get better customer service and unfortunately it’s not at this dealership.

Everything was great. The only exception to that is that it was very dark around the key drop. The parking lot lights on that side of the building were all off.
