I was there for three hours. Oil change, tire rotation and an intermittent lock issue. After 2 hours and 15 minutes I finally asked. They told me they had been working on the lock and they were starting the oil change. Should be a few minutes. After 2 hours and 45 minutes I asked again. They had not started the oil change yet. They were just opening the hood to start it. My car was complete after 3 hours and five minutes. The lock issue could not be identified. My issue is not with the lack of resolution on the lock. It is with the lack of communication and the inaccurate information I received about “they are doing your oil change now. It should just be a few minutes “ 50 minutes later it was done. My service advisor is the one who did not communicate and then communicated bad information to me. I will not be back.
