I had completed an on-line request for service due to a faulty Power Point Outlet. I said that I would wait for my vehicle. I went to the appointment, but a replacement Power Point was not in stock, and was told I would have to make another appointment. Upon leaving, I saw the oil had been changed and since I did not ask for it, I thought it was complimentary for my time and 74 miles round trip spent not getting the repair I needed. Came back on second appointment, and Power Point was fixed. Cam then tried to charge me for the oil change. I told him I did not request the oil change and he said I did. I told him to look up the original service request for just the Power Point. I told him I thought the oil change was complimentary for the previous appointment where the work was not completed. He had attitude and said "Whatever" while sliding my keys towards me. I left the dealership. This attempt to charge me for the service I did not request does not sit well with me and will find another Honda dealership for future needs.
