I’m 70 years old and had $ 4,200.00 in repairs done on my 2007 Honda Odyessy. I have records of many other services done on same vehicle in past years. I live an hour away from this dealership and want the service done at a Honda dealership to assure the repairs are done correctly. This is the closest Honda dealership to me and the only one I’ve taken the Odyssey for repairs. When I went to pay my bill with a check I was told that they no longer accept checks as payment. I don’t use any type of card nor do I use electronic transactions as payment . I only pay with check or cash. This facility could have called my bank to verify the funds. They would find I have enough in the checking acct. to purchase a new car should I choose to do so. I had to have my brother make the payment for me and reimburse him with a check. I also was not able to have my son pick up the car for me as I had planned. The person who makes decisions on payment protocol should review the current policy. A call to verify funds would have made the experience much easier for me. Thank you.

The coffee machine, despite the careful visual instructions was still impossible to work. Everything else is perfect. Cam is really good and the waiting area is pleasant. I appreciate that there is high top tables to use from the TV as well as the general lounge area and as always, the Honda is an excellent product thank you.
