I had a 1pm appointment for an oil change, scheduling that time so I could go during my lunch break. After 2 hours of waiting I checked to see if my car would be done soon (the tech mentioned an hour estimate when I arrived). He said he was just finishing up paperwork, but that the car was done. He came to get me a couple minutes later. After paying and going out to my car, I realized that I had seen my car, and it had been done for at least 20-30 minutes when I went to ask. It should not have taken that long - the only time I've ever had to wait that long was when I just dropped in for an oil change back when it was the quick/cheap pull changes

I brought my car mid-fix because I could not remove a sensor. They did state that if the car did not operate properly after they replaced the sensor that it is not their responsibility because it was my diagnosis, not theirs. After picking up the vehicle, it drove fine. I looked at the job they did and discovered that they had spliced in a new plug connector along with the new sensor. This was above and beyond what I was expecting and possibly was the culprit to begin with. Thank You for the service.
