I didn't find it until I got home and checked the invoice closely that we were charged for a recommended service not done. Will stop in Monday to get the charge removed. In the 11 years we've had work done by this dealer it's the first time there has been a problem.

I was pleased and relieved that time could be made for my car yesterday. Phil and I agreed on 11 am. Then I gut a text confirming the appt for 11:15. I thought that I'd certainly abe earlier than that, but I was wrung. I needed the extra time and arrived at 11:14! I wanted the car loved at thoroughly and I believe that happened. My drive home was smoother and queue than my drive to the dealership. I really do appreciate all that was done yesterday.

Disappointed because I had a 7:00 appointment and told them I had to be to work so was waiting. They never even hoisted my car up until 7:40. Others who arrived after I did were finished and left before me. I ended up clocking in late for work. Would appreciate having appointments honored.
