The advisor Timothy that I had wasn't very helpful, when he called that morning told me stating that my car ac can be refill and need some work as it has leak. was asking for my permission to do it. also, asked me if i need a estimation to fix the leak. I called him back in the same afternoon to let him know to refill in as he told me that it was refillable. then when he called me at 4:59pm, i asked him if it was refill and told me that it cannot be refill because the leak @ 4:59pm. he gave me an incorrect information in the beginning . at this point I don't know if it really forgot to refill as he told me in the first message that could be refill the ac. confused and unhappy with the advice.

Timothy was great but I was not happy with the 50 dollar break inspection especially because I live an hour and i made the appointment assuming parts were ready and available! Irritating the parts were not available until the next day. So needless to say I was pretty agitated with that and am definitely going to have the breaks fixed locally. I know now not to count on Honda to have my breaks fixed
