1. There was some disagreement who was my service rep when I arrived; it was uncomfortable. 2. When I was called to advise my car was ready, told he would send courtesy van right away. After an hour, I called on TOA, then the van driver called me to say in 30 minutes. He was exactly on time (great guy- very personable - I wish I remembered his name).

Cam was helpful, clear, communicative, and very fair. Last week he had me replace a very expensive airbag. Then the warning light came on again over the weekend. I returned the car to him and they discovered that the control unit was bad. Within a few days he found one, installed it (an equally expensive unit), and didn’t charge me. That’s above and beyond service! I’m very grateful for Serra Honda Service!
