Conner was amazing. One of my tires blew out and Conner was able to help out in anyway he could and provided excellent service. He made sure the warranty I had on my tires was effectively used so I wouldn’t be charged anything. Very professional and efficient worker. Thanks again Conner

Maybe I have been spoiled by my experience with Courtesy Dodge when I owned a Chrysler Town & Country van. Their service department always made me feel important to them and I felt like they had my best interest in mind. Our experience with purchasing our Pilot was great. My experience with the service department at Serra, not so much. I felt like an imposition, disrespected and that they really didn’t care whether I was there or not. I waited 4 hours for an oil change. (Would have taken an hour at courtesy even without an appointment). Granted, I did not have an appointment, but was told by phone call the previous day I might have to wait two hours, which I was prepared for. Thinking I'll try Fox Honda next time.

Worst service ever. You charged me to replace my rear mudflaos, all they did was tear off the old ripped. Where are the new ones!!??. You replaced cabin filter, my fan is making a horrible noise. You did not install it and put it back together properly. That's 0 for 2. Did you do the oil change correctly?? Am I 0 for 3?? Taken advantage of? Now I have to waste gas and time to come back in to tell you to do your job right. I want a credit and you need to fix this.
