Cale and his Tammy did a great job overall. The problem was addressed quickly and resolved within a couple hours. Excellent service! I never look forward to the inconvenience of having my car serviced for anything, but at least I know that I’m in good, well capable hands when I do need something

Dwain was exceptional. He cared about my safety and my crisis moment immediately. He was smart, wise and expedient. He talked me through exactly what to do step by step. He sent someone by car to my location so that I would have an air-conditioned and safe car to sit in while I waited for towing service to arrive. He provided a car for me to drive while my car was in repair. That car was waiting for me so that I could get to work as soon as possible. He also had my car repaired by the next day. He actually had a part sent from California overnight to do so. Amazing, stellar. Thank you!!!!!

Everything went well such as waiting time and communication about time to complete the oil change. He just needs more practice as to how to apply the on-line coupon discounts for service. He was very polite and apologetic. The experience still went well and was a positive one. I still appreciate the service I receive getting oil change at dealership instead of a discount oil change at Valvoline or Huffy, and the coupons on-line are great also.
