It was just a little abrasive today. I was handed options for tires and told I wasn’t getting an alignment. After I asked why, and asked if my car was safe to drive, then it was explained to me why the alignment wouldn’t be done (status of tire tread). It made sense, but was an aggressive approach to it. I also asked about competitive pricing for tires, knowing it was highly unlikely especially as I was comparing pricing to Costco, and was told “yeah, I’m not touching that (price).” Again, I understand that, but I probably would’ve phrased it differently.
