The service representative was nonchalant about telling me that my repair would be nearly $2500 and when I inquired if there were any active discounts, I was told he wasn't sure but I was welcome to look online myself and let him know if I found anything. I have been a Honda customer for 13 years. This was disappointing. I picked up my car and am taking it elsewhere.
