When I called and explained my concern (unusual oil leakage) he got our CR-V in immediately and diagnosed the causes. He informed me that a new part was needed and the cost of the repairs. The next business day the part arrived, the repairs were made and Dwain called and informed me the car was ready and he was able to complete the work for less cost than he had predicted.
I can’t say how much I enjoy and appreciate working with him. His knowledge and integrity are top notch.
