Because I don’t know why I have to pay a recall services. I know 36,000 warranty has ended but paying a recall if absurd. I was never told about it or got a notification about it. Also, we just had a recommended 36,000 service and no info about the recall. With that, we don’t know when was this recall so called harness was informed to the public.
