Conner Allen was fine. I am very unhappy with the mirror used to replace my side mirror due to the Honda recall, however. This mirror is warped and images are distorted and blurry. I expressed my concern to Conner and he agreed there was a problem, and went in back to speak with someone about what to do. His manager’s answer was that all the mirrors are like that and if I give it a month I may find that it “corrects itself.” I was reminded that we were told when we called to schedule the appt that if the “jiggling” mirror that was being recalled wasn’t bothering we might want to just keep it because the new mirror may have issues, too. My question is this: why am I having to choose between a jiggling mirror that has been recalled and a new mirror that distorts the images behind me? Is this not a Honda? I’ve always been extremely happy with the quality of my Honda cars and SUVs, but this mirror is not up to that standard. I am not satisfied with the new mirror or the answer to my concerns about it. Conner is not the problem, he was just the one sent to tell me my choices were between bad (jiggling and recalled) and worse (warped and distorted.) I plan to follow up on this myself, but would certainly be willing to discuss this with you if you contact me. Mary Myers ****-****-xxxx
