The shuttle drivers are amazing.. Dennis and Terry are so nice and great to talk with.. Normally I am very pleased with the service center but not this time. My representative didn't give me very good options and I didn't feel like he was very truthful of an actual solution vs a bandaid approach. This van has VCM 2 which has known problems and this was not brought up to help me plan the vehicle maintenance. I expect transparency and this time I didnt get that.
