I have not been impressed with my experience post purchasing my new vehicle. First, the car is sold with a hitch but you have to purchase the wiring harness separately which is complete garbage. If you are selling a car with a hitch of course you need the wiring! Secondly, I was told they would call me to schedule the appt and no one ever called. After multiple times of calling my sales guy and he didn’t return my calls I scheduled it directly with the service center. I was never offered a vehicle to use while it was serviced so had to plan rides for the day. Third, when I came to pick up the vehicle the service team tried to get me to pay AGAIN! Then didn’t apologize or anything when he confirmed I had already paid. He handed me the keys and said “it’s outside to the left”. It was not. I walked around the entire building before I located my vehicle. For comparison, when I bought a brand new traverse from the Chevy dealer… I was given 6 free oil changes, when servicing my vehicle they wash it, and… they bring it around for me when I pick it up. HUGE difference in how I’m treated as a customer. Shocked at this lack of service and care from the Honda dealer!
