While I was happy with the service, I question whether the certification of this vehicle was fully completed. Since I purchased this vehicle in January, I have limited using the vehicle in inclement weather. Just last week I tried to use the rear window wipers without success. Today when I brought the car in stating that the back wipers did not work, I was told they had to order a new motor for the rear wipers because the current motor was not working.

What happened to the snacks and drinks! Coffee machine out of service, refrigerator empty and basket of snacks empty and a few dog biscuits at the bottom of the jar. Terrible. Carpet in waiting room filthy. I was told there was a water cooler around the corner ????????. Expensive cars and crappy unkept waiting area. Clean it up and make it look like you care!
The service department was great. Greeted friendly and service quick.

Unfortunately, when I got my car back there was a large chip in the paint on the door. I noticed this immediately when I picked up the car. I didn’t call because I just assumed that the device dept would say that this was dropped off in such condition. However, I am very particular about my vehicles and I would definitely have noticed this, especially being on the driver’s side. This is going to cost me upward towards $1,000.00 dollars to repair.
