I felt like I was being sold a “bill of goods” with $170 in air filters and new brakes when all I needed or even asked for was an oil change and tire rotation. I found a two pack of the exact same cabin filter for $19 online (single filter is $10) and I can get my brakes done at a fraction of the cost. My receipt does not show that my tires were even rotated so not sure that even happened and my windshield wiper fluid is still empty (like it was when I arrived) even though my receipt said it was full. We are in the market for a new car but after our last Acura purchased here and the experiences I’ve had with this car (more about that another time) we won’t be coming back to Northeast Acura for sales or service.
