I was told my car failed inspection for an inoperable parking brake and that my car needed a caliper and the brakes. When I went to leave I tested the operation of my parking brake which was working fine. When speaking with the service manager with my dissatisfaction with Saratoga Honda and my past experiences that have been awful as well, I was told to go elsewhere then. What GREAT customer SERVICE that is!!!! Then after arguing with them and being threatened to have the cops called on me, they took my car back for further inspection to find the parking brake was only out of adjustment with no fault in my caliper. So they wanted to screw me over and make me buy a caliper when all that was needed was an adjustment!!! Snakes in the grass is all they are over at Saratoga Honda. I feel bad for all the people that they pull the wool over their eyes on and screw them over replacing parts that do not need replacement. What a joke to the automotive industry and a disgrace! I wish I never had to return but unfortunately they have me hook lined and sinkered because of the lifetime coverage and all my services needing to be done by them... I love being screwed

I think she new I had mentioned a minor detail last but was sure to “insure” I was happy this time. Additionally Vicki Moore was great getting me late following your power outage.
