My first experience here was disappointing. No one greeted me and I had to ask a mechanic to find out how to find a person to assist me. I’m used to other Honda dealerships having someone meet me when I bring the vehicle in for service. Brian is polite and I got my car back within an hour. However this was not the service I expected when I came to Saratoga Honda.

The only comment I have was when I called customer service they told me I just come down to the shop and the technician will help me. When I went to the shop they asked for my appointment. But the customer service did not asked me for any appointment. But despite of no appointment they still accept my car though I waited quite a while. I'm always satisfied on the service of Honda!
