I am a new customer formally from Mohawk Honda this experience for service was awesome normally when I would call Mohawk Honda it would take 2 to 3 weeks to get an appointment when I called Tuesday afternoon they got me in Wednesday afternoon it was such a pleasant experience to only have to wait one day I was squeezed in on my lunch time and it worked out perfect couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

I have been a customer since 2009 and have had experience with quite a few of your service writers. Melissa was far and away the best of the lot. She kept me advised of problems and progress as I waited in the lounge for me car to be ready. When I informed her of my need to out by 3:30 she set aside a loaner car in case one was needed. She presents herself in a way that best represents your dealership. Please extend my thanks to her for going above and beyond to make what turned out to be a very expensive visit a little less painful.

Vicki was very helpful and thorough during my visit. She always gave me information whenever she had it and was very organized. I appreciated her feedback when needed and she answered every question I had. It was my first time taking my car to Saratoga Honda and I was really impressed with the service. My front license plate did fall off during the car wash, however, which was a bit frustrating - though not anyone's fault. It would have been nice for a technician to put it back on for me. Will definitely recommend your services and I will be back.
