very unhappy if my car goes dead again there is going bd a serious problem i know it’s the radio and car play but noons seems to believe me i get a loaner with 1/2 tank gas representative was rude when u called in thursday now they release my car to me snd day they don’t why it happened there’s a short in the radio whether i use car play or not a brand new car should not just dead plus in spring gas tank wouldn’t open very dusatisfued

I think you do excellent service but I wait for HOURS and I tend to go to jiffy lube since they are quicker. This time I got an oil change trans oil change tire rotation and inspection. Got there at 1230 by 2 I asked for a loaner...my car was done by 330. Omg 3 hours. I had to get my kids. I'm a single parent. Ugh I hate bringing it in to you guys. Service is great but!
