Jonathan was awesome, and he treated me well. My issue, however, was with the pricing. I compared my quote from Nissan with several other auto repair shops, and Nissan's quote was almost twice as high as all the others. That was a bit disappointing.

Peter was awesome!!! He provided great communication from the time I dropped off my car until I picked it up. I even had a question after I left and he was there to answer it for me!
All of the service writers (Tony, etal) and car rental staff (Evelyn) are very friendly. I always feel at home when I bring my car to Cerritos Nissian!

When my car was washed they did not clean the inside. I was later told that if you have items in the front of your vehicle they won't clean it. You should make sure the customer knows that. I was not impressed with the carwash.
