Luis was extremely accommodating, and professional. He is very knowledgeable and took time to explain to me exactly what was wrong with my vehicle. Definitely worth the drive from downtown Los Angeles the service at Cerritos Nissan is exceptional.

Luis qas great. Everyone is always great, 1st time with Luis, been going to Tony since 2011. However, I just feel that 2 hours and 15 minutes is a bit long for an oil change if I had an appointment.
