We would like to truly thank Eric for all of his help and service with the issue we were having with our lift gate. Ever since we purchased our certified pre-owned vehicle we have had an issue with our power liftgate which resulted in us bringing in our Armada in every month or 3 weeks. Thankfully in good faith, it was chosen to do what was right by the customer and fix the ultimate issue which was the motor for the power lift gate. He updated us on the progress throughout the day and it has been working the way it normally should which is one of the big reasons we chose this vehicle with this feature.
