I was completely satisfied with Eric, even more than the person who sold me the car! He told me things the sals man didn’t tell me. I actually cam in angry because the sals man was not personal ( when I bought the car) but Eric went above and beyond to make sure that wasn’t the case for all workers there. I would give him a 110 out of 100 and I hope I get him every time I go in.

Extremely disappointed with the service one again. Every single time I bring in my car for service it’s something, can never have a smooth service here. I didn’t make it a big deal before but I’ve had it. Needless to say I know what it’s like to work for a dealership and to be a part of the service department. First off, you guys call to say you have a $22.99 special for an oil change service (just a catch to get me to come in for service) when my husband gets there you guys decide to then mention that the type of oil change my car needs doesn’t apply (after the fact YOU guys called me to tell me about the special and offer me to come in, your employee Erika in specific called). When my car is done being serviced, no explanation at all of what was done or if there were any recommendations to my car. And it’s ridiculous to have to record the inside of my car to make sure it’s not being looked through every single time I take my car in!! This is ridiculous!!!
