This was my first time servicing my car at Cerritos Nissan. Mr. Estrada did a great job welcoming me to your dealership. He understood my reason and purpose for servicing my car today. I’m sure he followed protocol in terms of explaining the upcoming future services that my car will require. Bottom line If it was up to the costumer service. Mr. Estrada has convinced me to continue bringing my car to Cerritos Nissan. Unfortunately the prices for specific services seem unrealistic to me like most deleaershilps. Anyways my choice to continue bringing my car in will be based on pricing. In regards to caring for the costumer Mr. Estrada definitely showed that he cared today. Thank you.
