Kenneth is a very friendly ans honest person. He was very informative and helped explain everything to me so I could understand what was going on with my car. When the car was ready to be picked up, he called me twice to make sure i would be able to get the car on time. When he foubd out i wasn't going to be able to puck it up before closing, he offered to leave it with the front desk so i wouldn't be left without a car. Thanks Kenneth for being such a great guy.

Luis is very helpful as soon as I arrived at the service parts section but the people that services customers cars are slow Luis had to call them I believe 4 times just to get my car it was 112 degrees that day and j was getting fraustrated i hooe next time this will never happen again ill say if i rate my visit overall from 1 to 10 ill give it a 5

Toby is awesome , but the cost of repairs is exhaustingly ridiculous. I still use Cerritos nisss because I want my car to be in tip top shape. $500 to repair a door is insulting. Regardless, my door is fixed and I don’t have to worry about getting in my car.
