Brian is great as always. Now the rest of your staff I can’t say the same. The customer service is terrible!! Calling Brian is terrible everytime and it’s never him it’s the staff I need to speak with to get to him. Today I provided my call back number and when she read it back I told her it was wrong and provided the correct number again. When I asked for her to read it back because herself and another lady I had previously left my number with got it wrong. Well JASMINE told me she had only messed up the last part like ma’am you want to argue about my number and what you got wrong instead of repeating it??! Yeahhhhh y’all take a guess how the experience was. Nonetheless Brian makes up for it everytime with excellent customer service and support. He said Monday and I got my car back Monday! Thanks as always BRIAN. JASMINE you **** and need to shape up your customer service because it ****.

Carlos fuentes was in charge an he about 2 hours ok I'll be waiting 11am to 2 something ask him is my ready it been two hours he look for my paperwork didn't fine my look in the system didn't fine it sorry sir let go see who have your car ok so he come back and tell me my is being raised up know to change your oil so I got very upset and I believe they didn't rotate my tires because my car came out in the next 30 min
