Dropped car off at 9:50 for 10 am appointment. Told repair would take 2-4 hours. 5 hours after not hearing anything, I called Victor at lunch. Told would call back. Called back an hour later, 6 hours after dropping off car. Victor said just getting ready to call, car ready. Recall on airbag. Only passenger side was needed. Took too long and can you believe I was asked if I was going to wait for it? Wait 6+ ,,hours in the waiting room? Will only return to this dealer if I have to.
