I was a little disappointed that I stood there alone in the service area for more than 5 minutes with no one checking me in. In fact, 3 Auffenberg employees walked into the bay but none even acknowledged me. I would expect anyone representing Auffenberg should greet a customer and fetch help. Otherwise service was as expected.

I accidentally left a few garments of clothing (work shirt, tie, and apron)in the drivers side back seat because we went for a test drive trying to diagnose a sound my car was making. I am assuming because of this, the workers did not touch that side of the car for the Auto Butler. So, rather than moving them over a bit on the seat, I have 1/4 of my car not vacuumed - neither the floor board nor the seat. I don't know if it is policy, laziness, or just a mishap, but I find it ridiculous.
