I have the car in for its auto Butler and that was fine but when I opened up my car they had left sticky residue all over the area that the gearshift was so he had to take it back into the shop and clean that off .

We brought a brand new 2016 Mazda CX5. Our third Mazda. A transmission bearing went out at 78,000 miles. We had to replace the transmission at a cost to us of $2066. How could I possibly be satisfied with that? I'm very disappointed in Mazda, to the point of questioning another Mazda purchase or recommendation. Its very well known that this bearing has been a problem since 2013. Mazda claimed it was corrected in 2015. Obviously it wasnt. My wife had to drive this car with a defective transmission to and from work 110 miles a day for 1.5 month's while we waited for a replacement to arrive. Not satusfied is an understatement!
