Under 30 days after purchasing the new vehicle a tire gauge indicator came on. I went to the dealership service center where Dave simply reset the indicator and told me it was most likely the cold weather...???... sends me on my way. Not 6 days later does the light come back on and I start checking air pressure and sure enough one of the tires is losing pressure. I call the service center number to book an appointment. The lady takes my info including the reason for the visit and books my appointment. I arrive as the first car at the center. Dave tells me there was no courtesy car and I would have to wait for a rental or wait in the waiting room ... when I specifically requested for a rental or drop off or something because I was stuck there if not. The call center lady said she would have something arranged for when I got there. So, I was stuck there for 3 hours before i broke down and got an uber to a restaurant. 8 hours later???!!?! I get a call that they put my car up on a rack and did a visual check and could not SEE anything wrong??? And that if the light comes on again to remember what tire it was and come back in????? Seriously? So not 4 days later does the light come on again... I check the pressure and it's definitely the front driver side tire losing pressure. With work and family I was not able to come immediately back in. When i do come back in on 5/11/18 Friday. It's Dave again, and he is telling me without even looking at the tires or hearing me out that if there is a repair needed it will be $25. How about some tact and customer empathy. Dave was condescending and talked at me like I was a teenager rhetorically asking me how many miles I've put on the vehicle and it's normal wear and tear that would not be covered by warranty. How does a service center have my vehicle for 8 hours to SEE nothing but then DAVE the service center seeing eye repair man is telling me it's a nail and I owe money before they even take the car??? When the vehicle was ready, my wife picked it up and she sensed immediately that once Dave knew whose car she was there for how he acted towards her. Not polite and made her feel like she was a bother. He will be the reason I will never buy Mazda at that dealership... PERIOD.

Now my car is making a noise it wasn’t before you guys worked on it. I only brought it in for a recall. I’m going to run it back out there this afternoon and see if someone can tell me if they are related.
