I brought my car in for a recall...when I return home my outside atenna was sitting in the cup holder of my car....I don't understand why it was off n why didnt they put it back on my car...it was as simple as just screwing it back on...this item has never came off the car. I called n left a message with Dave...Service provided was completed as stated in the paper work.

The service tech who waited on me was delightful, but as always Auto Butler did a terrible job with my car! The job is always half down as if it's rushed through and I never complain but this time, I'm complaining. My windshield was lazily wiped down, again, to where the bottom portion was cleaned. ONLY ONE door handle was wiped, the dash was wiped, there was soap/foam left in my passenger seat, the floor mats were barely vacuumed...that's just the interior. When I took a good look at the exterior, the B pillar with spotty and patchy as well. It's always so disappointing to have to make so many arrangements for this "service" and constantly be disappointed by it. I wish I had never purchased it.
