Prompt service, polite service personnel. My car was well taken care of, oil changed, tires rotated. Auto Butler and everything checked over. Waiting room area was comfortable, plenty of water, snacks, etc. and a good temperature to wait in. Pleased with the service.

The service department is good no problems with them at all. However, your automated phone system stinks. After needing to return a phone call to Dave after he had called me in the service department it took three attempts thru your automated system. One time I was disconnected, attempt 2 resulted in speaking with a person where I was then transferred to Dave where the voicemail picked up but automated music continued to play so you Could not hear what was being said. Each time I had to call back and wait on hold for several minutes. Very frustrating. I would imagine that if I was interested in buying a new car, I would never go thru an automated system as sales would not want to lose out on a potential sale. But service department, that’s okay to make them wait they already bought the car so who cares! That’s how I see it from my point of view.

I appreciate the price quotes before the work is done but it should be a way those quotes could have taxes included so your not in total shock whe you get the final costs.
