Josue was very communicative throughout the process, I was very satisfied with everything. This dealership was much better than the last dealership I took my car too and this dealership was able to fix the problem unlike the other dealership which made me very happy.

I was told my vehicle would be completed for a simple oil change in a max time of two hours. Not before I was charged for a diesel service which I had to correct with the service team and they had to amend. After nearly two hours, I returned to check on the status of my vehicle. I was told that it would be an additional 2.5 hours due to a lift failing. This is odd considering it’s a new facility which I would assume has new equipment. When asked to retrieve my vehicle, I was told they would try to determine if it was on the broken lift and if they could get it down. Two minutes later, it was pulled up front which tells me it wasn’t even touched after nearly two hours of sitting and after making an appointment for a simple service. Unnacceptable to say the least. I will be leaving a negative review on both yelp, google and similar sites regarding my experience. Very disappointed on something that should have been extremely simple and routine.

The service rep. Was very unhelpful during the whole process. I had an appointment @ 11:45 and was told that the truck would be ready approximately 2:30. I called service at 3:30 and was told they had some difficulty with someone else's tires. Then he said that my truck would be ready by 4:00. I called at 4:30 and was told,"we'll try to have it by 5:00. I received a call at 5:15 and was told my truck was ready and,"we close at 6:00, better hurry." Why have an appointment? The service rep. gave me the impression that he could care less about me or my vehicle. Just to follow up on that visit, prior to this service, I had my truck serviced there. That time, when I arrived home,I had a puddle of oil underneath. I returned and was told it wasn't a problem, the tech just didn't tighten up the filter all the way. You can bet I will never use Upland Ford for anything again. I will make sure to advise everyone plus social media of my experience.
