My 2014 Ford Focus needed repair badly. I brought it in first thing at 0630 in the morning. I needed a loaner car so I could continue to work. Upland ford refused to provide a loaner car so I had to cancel the repair so I could get to work. Later that day my car completely died. Now I completely don’t have a car to get to work. Upland ford should provide loaner cars like other dealerships do so their customers are taken car of. They failed. Not going back. Sorry.
