I want to say the Josue Martinez was great and did his best with the scheduling rules you set up. The issue is with your service departments communication and scheduling. I make an appointment for a date and time. My truck sits in your parking lot for over 36 hours until its finally looked at. Then it's too late to order the parts and get it fixed. It now has to wait another week to get it fixed. When someone makes an appointment their vehicle should be checked out that day and time. I understand covid is messing up work forces, but I think you need to look into a better way to schedule.

Josue was great, however, no plastic on my seats or steering wheel. The windshield had to be replaced and it must have been left off because dash was dusty( not like this when dropped off. When I picked the car up, it was incredibly dirty, also not like this when dropped off. Brand new windshield, absolutely disgusting!!! New windshield has two square marks where stickers were removed, finger prints on the inside of the windshield and excess glue on the outside. All in all, I am appalled that a car that was new could be released this dirty. Sorry, but this was a big FAiL for Ford of Upland. I may call ford back East to describe my experience.

This was the third time bringing my truck in for the same exact thing. I only drove my truck to work and back, the my check engine light came on again, and truck kept stalling. The interior also has a strong petroleum odor. The truck is now back at Ford of Upland for the fourth time. Not too sure what to do at this point?

Brought car in several days ago, was told that they needed to order parts. Fine. Brought car back today to have those parts installed. Told today that the technician needed other parts (which he did not order previously) and it would be several more days, and more money. Not happy.
