I was completely unsatisfied I believe your process is very unprofessional and basically a total rip off I was asked to pay $175 to let me know that you didn't know what was wrong with my car and requested that I pay an additional $600 to try to investigate what possibly might be wrong with it without guaranteeing an outcome for me that is completely unacceptable as a customer

I stood outside for 20 minutes waiting for my vehicle to be brought to me. I think this is ridiculous. It was not because there were people in front of me, I was the only one waiting for my vehicle.

I always have good service when I bring my vehicle in and appreciate the updates with things they find to be possibly problematic. Today left a little bitter taste in my mouth as they called and told me my battery was not good and tried to sell me one. I let them know, AAA replaced my battery not long ago and I should be covered under warranty. The gentleman on the phone told me AAA batteries are not good and many have this problem and tried again to sell me a battery, I declined. I called AAA and let them know I need a new battery based on Fords findings. A AAA technician came to replace my battery but checked my current battery first. Upon checking my battery, the technician showed me his findings and it showed my battery was fine. They checked when the vehicle was off, when I tried it on and tested the alternator, everything came back on good working order. What is very odd to me, I’d that I looked at the paperwork from my service abs they noted they checked the battery and it was ok. Why would they not document the problem with my Battery if there was a problem found. If this is how your company operates, trying to take advantage of people, this is not a business I want to support. I have been getting my vehicle serviced here several times and really want to know why this happened and how I can be assured it won’t again, otherwise I still look elsewhere To service my vehicle. The sad thing is I wanted to look into buying a new vehicle from you guys but now I think I’ll look elsewhere.

Where do I start? I got 1 phone call the whole time my car was with you. I had to call and leave messages more than 3 times a day to get an update. I get you may be short staffed but when we have to show up at the dealership just to get an update that is an issue. Also my car has heat now but one of the issues I had you guys take a look at is not fixed and you all had enough time to look at it cause you had it about 2 weeks. I paid a lot of money and didn’t get the service that matches. I will never come back or buy a vehicle from this location.
