I made a reservation for 7AM, I came back at 2:30pm and waited until close to 4pm before the car was ready. When I inquired on my arrival, mind you I called multiple times to get an update to no avail, I was told the work had just started. I'm not sure why it's important to make reservation if car isn't ready for over 8hrs!!!!!!!!!!!
