I had a typical maintenance done on my explorer on 10/4/19. Shortly after my family was almost involved in wrecks because the car would stall at intersections. Mind you in all instances I had all my family in the car!!!! Made an appointment less than a month later. As it turns out the previous maintenance crew had not filled the transmission fluid and had not tightened or forgot to put the "drain plugs" back on. Once I had the service done again on 11/4/19 I was not given a print out or service report. I find that very unusual and suspicious! I'm not sure I will ever use Ken Grody again. The mechanics were careless and put my and my family's life in danger because of a lack of attention to detail and carelessness!!!

The only suggestion I have is that after the alternator was installed, oil and grease got deposited onto the exhaust pipe and is now slowly burning off. I would suggest that some degreaser or soap solution could be applied to the various surfaces and then rinsed off to avoid this happening in the future.

Your service manager would not take my call in Ryan’s absence. As a result my child is driving a car whose steering has failed twice in the last 3 weeks and which was replaced by Ken Grody in the last year. We brought the car in 2 weeks ago after the steering failed the first time causing an accident and nothing was done. The steering failed again last night.
So no, I am not satisfied with your level of service much less by your service manager who did not take my call or return it.
