Taking way too long to get money owed back to me from my purchase in Sept. I received a letter from Toyota Corp date over a week ago saying my old truck was paid off and cleared DMV title out of my name. I was told weeks ago that the check was sitting there just waiting on pay off. Poor customer service on your end. Finance rep was nice guy and only the messenger. Don’t blame him

You’re message is several days old. I picked up my truck on Friday. Why am I getting messages 3 days later? Also I tried to get a quote on some body work and the service advisor wasn’t interested in that. Said I would have to make a separate appointment for that. Also I had recall notices on my truck I wasn’t made aware these were addressed. All the service advisor wanted to do is get me in and out. That’s fine just not what I would expect from a dealer when you spend $100k on a truck.

No le encontraron el problema ami carro son 2 beses que lo llevo a servicio por el mismo problema y nunca le en cuentan nada .pero si vuelve aser el mismo problema .lo voy a llevar aún taller profecional y si le encuentran el problema llevaré el vil ala compañía ford para que paguen todo lo que cuesta la arreglada de mi carro.
