My car was at the shop for almost one month. When I picked up the car there were mice droppings on the seat and floor (both passenger and driver) and a water bottle which appeared a mouse had chewed threw. None of this was present when dropping the car off at the garage. I’m not sure where the car was stored while waiting for parts for something to get in the car , but I didn’t feel it was acceptable to leave that on my seats

The place was completely packed. All the employees were working together to get customers in and out. I was there for an oil change found out that the brake pads were put on wrong from the last ford dealership. I called Courtesy ford Lincoln they called Ken Grody ford to verify. Courtesy ford said they will reimburse me for the brakes. I’m glad I stuck with ford .

We paid over 400.00 and was told it was fixed. Obviously NOBODY drove it around. My husband got in the car and immediately heard the grinding noise. Earl saw someone (Ryan) he drove Ryan around and he heard it immediately. Ryan wrote up a work order and My husband left the car. This was all done on Fri and the pick up was Saturday close to 3. Ryan was the only one left. This is NOT the usual good service we have gotten in the past. We are very disappointed.
