As always the entire Ken Grody Dealership has taken care of my vehicle service needs. My vehicle was serviced and Ryan kept me aware of the progress and my options for service. My vehicle Mechanical Professional was a young Gentleman by the name of Blake who explained what he has accomplished and what would be needed and I drove my vehicle home this evening which was only an overnight stay for my vehicle. I am confident in the service I received.
Richard got me home safely after a drive with three other customers who all seem to have also been confident with having vehicles serviced by Ken Grody’s team.

I’m still having the same issues. I wasn’t explain why I ran into complications with the sensors of the cameras on my vehicle, and if it’s something I should be concern about for the future. I was only given the paper work with the summary saying the sensors were reset but that doesn’t give me no explanation to why it happen. At Least other dealership give me a breakdown of what was done to my vehicle each time it’s in for any service.Also,the auto high beams aren’t working now. Very unsatisfied.
