My vehicle was not serviced nor were the tires rotated as requested. When I arrived to pick up my car the Cashier handed me my receipt and when asked why nothing but a recall was completed she stated she didn’t know and I couldn’t ask Chad Larson as he was no longer in the office. I asked to be called the next day and the cashier said that she noted for Chad to call. He did not call me. I received a text two days after from Chad asking if I had any questions do not hesitate to text back. I texted back 1 min after the text was send did not hear back send a follow up text 7 hours later and still have not heard back. I would never come back to this dealer and I will be yelping this experience as this was externally unprofessional.

Vehicle was out of warranty by approximately 2,300 miles. I asked to speak to his supervisor and after that my text response updates went from being answered within a few minutes, to a few days. I contacted the customer relations supervisor and left 2 messages without any response. I finally got a hold of her with a third call. I asked Joe and Paloma the same question. My vehicle is out of warranty by 2,300 miles, would it be possible to get a one time good will repair? If that’s to much to ask for, how about splitting the bill. This is my second and last KEN GRODY FORD!!!!

I typically love bringing my truck to Ken grody and working with Chad. However a couple things have happened that are changing my view.
1. My sync 3 system is acting up continually so Chad ordered a new screen. Chad never called me when it was there to get it put in so to date it still hasn’t been done.
2. In my most recent visit, I was there because someone nailed my driver side mirror. The cost was high but to be expected. I asked about adding CarPlay to my truck and Chad advised it would be 600-700 dollars to do. I did some research, bought the usb part I needed for 49 bucks and did it myself in 3 minutes. Literally. I did some more research and saw the same mirror they replaced on my truck was 250 dollars when I was charged nearly 900. I get parts and labor costs but I do not appreciate being price gouged. Lastly, when I dropped my truck off, Chad knew my insurance adjuster would be there the following day. The following day came, and Chad wasn’t even there. He not once mentioned this to me and it created a more challenging day on my end. Overall, I’m satisfied with the work they did, but I am unhappy with the follow through and the unscrupulous pricing. I sincerely hope this gets rectified for the future.
