I showed up for my 8:30am appointment. Shuttle was very slow. Had to wait over an hour for it to arrive.
They told me my car would be done in half a day. Then I get a call saying they need it overnight and they’d provide me with a rental car. Hassle. Well by the time I got home with the rental car, I forgot my apartment keys were on the same keyring as my car keys I loaned them. So I couldn’t get into my apartment and had to contact my landlord. I hadn’t planned ahead because they assured me several times the work would be completed in one day.
Ford dropped the ball multiple times.

Reported missing a bolt / screw from luggage rack. Still missing upon pickup. It’s my fault for not checking over car before driving off. It was raining so maybe that’s why I just jumped in and took off. With that said, all other aspects of the repair were good.. Joe, my service advisor was outstanding and will try and get him the next time i bring the car in.

I was sent to Ken Grody Ford by AAA. I was towed on Saturday because you were the closest and only repair open. Being a Toyota, Joe was kind enough tolet me leave the car for any repair. It turned out that it was just a dead battery and the battery was replaced. However upon receiving my car and before leaving your establishment I noticed that the radio did not work, it was completely dead. Being a Toyota I pretty much had no recourse as I was told there was no equipment to do a diagnostic. I took my car to Toyota and was told it would cost me $140 just to look at it. I had to drive off having already spent $280 for a new battery And being disabled I could not afford the added cost. I have no idea what to do at this point and would welcome any suggestion on your part. I had Joe make a notation in the computerOf my situation. As a sidenote Joe was very courteous and is an asset to your company. My phone number is on file and I await any reply.

Service was done in record time. It was done so fast almost thought it wasn't done. Only minor thing I would point out is the text message system for updates and service completion seems to lag way behind the service advisors. It led to a tiny bit of confusion when my car was done, but quick n easy pick regardless.
