Great service. Very fast and very friendly people. Glad I took my car here for my new tires. They weren’t even in stock at Ken Grody but they were able to get some transferred to them so I could get the ones I requested. 10/10 recommend.

I am disappointed that Ken Goordy Ford doesn't believe in meeting the customer with there service advisors anymore. I used to see Ryan everytime I came in for service. This time I didn't meet anyone who introduced themself as my service advisor.

I paid $200 for a second electronic key only to find that none of the buttons work. I was told that I needed to pay another $180 for a diagnosis. I refused to pay more for a key I really did not need. The key I have works fine. I was also told that I can't return the useless key for a refund. So I paid $200 for nothing. I will not come back there for service with any of my cars.

The paper floor Mat, plastic seat cover, and call number were left in car. What is included in the 7500 mile scheduled maintenance service/oil change? Were all my fluids checked and topped off? If so, Why was the windshield water reservoir was empty? Do i need to be concerned with other levels? Thanks.
